Automated Asset Creation
When a device is enrolled in Ivanti, Teqtivity automatically creates an asset record, capturing key details such as serial number, make, model, and specifications. This eliminates the need for manual asset entry and ensures accurate inventory tracking from the start.
User Assignment
Ivanti tracks the last logged-in user for each device and syncs this data with Teqtivity. This allows Teqtivity to assign the device to the correct user, ensuring that asset ownership records are always up to date and minimizing errors in user-device assignments.
Discrepancy Report
Teqtivity flags discrepancies between Ivanti and its own data, such as mismatches in asset status or compliance issues. IT teams are alerted to these discrepancies so they can take corrective action, whether through automated workflows or manual review.
